人力资源专业作为很多非商科背景的学生转专业申请的首选专业之一，在英国也有很长一段历史了。对于该专业，学生们总是想得过于简单，对于专业的认识和理解太少。今天就和大家分享一下关于该专业的详细情况以及英国的CIPD的认证介绍吧。
   
　　相对于中国的人力资源管理，英国人力资源管理的发展历史可追溯到18世纪工业革命时期。经过三百多年的发展，现在英国大学所设置的人力资源管理专业课程非常细致，包括有：人员挑选的前期准备，合理的激励员工，解聘以及养老金的发放。这些是国内所没有的。另外，英国的人力资源管理专业不像在中国概念及内涵这样宽泛，相对更为专业，更深入，更具实用性。例如：英国的很多院校都设置了劳资关系学院人力资源管理项目（HRM），甚至有专门研究HR的院系及研究机构。那么什么是CIPD机构呢?
   
　　CIPD 是Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development “特许人事与发展协会“。英中联教育顾问建议，如果想到英国来学习，英国很多大学都提供CIPD认可的课程，您可以先考虑能不能争取到免修课程，比如您已经拥有类似的学历，或5年以上相关工作经历，您如果符合以上相关条件的话，应该需要先确定可以免修CIPD的哪些课程？那么我们英中联教育顾问推荐学习Professional Development Scheme （PDS）职业发展计划。需要完成计划当中的四个部分，才能成为CIPD毕业会员。
