　　日前，一份海外正规院校名单公布后引起了广大网友的高度关注和议论。中国教育部涉外监管信息网2月23日公布了一万余所正规海外院校的名单。教育部相关负责人提醒，出国留学一定要擦亮双眼选择正规学校，海外正规院校名单公布对于有留学海外计划的人来说无疑是雪中送炭。

　　教育部公布的海外正规学校名单，包括了美国、英国、澳大利亚、加拿大等44个中国公民主要留学国家。

　　一、基本情况

　　英国高等教育机构包括大学、高等教育学院、教育学院以及艺术及设计学院。

　　英国现有90多所大学和150多所提供本科以上课程的学院。

　　英国各类院校是否开设预科由各学校自己确定。
