大学如何选择学生
各大学均使用学生成绩排名进行录取。该排名反映一名学生在本学年里相对于其他同龄学生的成绩。
排名系统在各州的称呼不同:
墨尔本：全国高等院校入学排名（ENTER）。
柏斯：高等院校入学排名（TER）。
悉尼：大学录取指数（UAI）。
尽管这些系统的名称不同，但它们是全国同等级的标准。例如，在新南威尔士州取得UAI 95分，相似于维多利亚州的ENTER 95分或西澳大利亚州的TER 95分。
UAI、ENTER和TER反映的是一个学生相对于全部学生的成绩排名,而不是一个具体的分数。如果您取得TER 75 分，那就是说，您的成绩达到或高于当年75%的12年级毕业生。
每所大学每年都会根据某个课程的需求和名额数量制定UAI/ENTER/TER的最低录取分数线。
