上海纽约大学(英语：New York University Shanghai，NYU Shanghai)，简称“上纽大”，位于中国上海，是美国纽约大学和中国华东师范大学合作举办的具有独立法人地位的研究型大学，是国家教育部正式批准的、具有独立法人资格和学位授予权的第一所中美合作举办的国际化研究型大学，也是纽约大学全球教育体系的组成部分，为中外合作大学联盟成员，与纽约大学阿布扎比分校(NYU AD)、纽约校园(NYU NYC)共同组成纽约大学全球系统中的三个具有学位授予权的门户校园，面向全球招收本科生、硕士生、博士生。

　　上海纽约大学于2011年1月17日获批筹建，同年3月28日在陆家嘴金融贸易区奠基。2012年10月15日，学校正式挂牌成立。2013年8月，第一批本科生进入华东师范大学中山北路校区学习。2014年8月，位于世纪大道1555号的浦东校园正式启用，建筑面积达6.5万平方米。

　　据2018年10月学校官网显示，学校设有文理学部、商学部、工程与计算机科学部三个学部。本科阶段开设12个专业(含19个方向)。已建成一支约200人的师资队伍。有在校本科生1300余人，中国学生和国际学生各半。
